Coupled with Cage Inventory, the Colony Overview is one of the most important and effective analysis tools that offers full control over the animals within the colony.  With this module, Mouse Colony displays the animals desired.  After grouping by genotype, and within a few simple clicks, it is evident how many heterozygous, null and wt animals are present within the colony.  Other values such as status, age, phenotype and cause of death are also displayed.
